Published, so you don’t have to ask.

Every plan syncs your call records and recordings, plays them back in the browser, and reports on them. What changes between plans is how many people, how many phone systems, how long we keep the history, and how much we transcribe.

All prices in US dollars. Paid plans are billed monthly; the Trial runs once for thirty days and takes no card.

Beyond your allowance

Go over and it bills at these rates. Nothing stops working, and there is no penalty rate.

Recording storage
$0.10 per GB a month
$0.025 per GB on your own S3 or SFTP
Transcription
$0.020 a minute
$0.004 a minute with your own provider key
Call analysis
$0.020 a call
$0.005 a call with your own key

The second column is what it costs when the storage or the provider key is yours. You carry the bill we would otherwise carry, so we charge for indexing and bandwidth rather than for disk.

Questions

What happens if I go over an allowance?
You keep going, and the extra bills at the published rate — storage per GB, transcription per minute, analysis per call. There is no penalty rate and no surprise tier jump. The Trial is the exception: it takes no card and has no overage at all, so its caps are hard — at the storage limit syncing pauses until you move to a paid plan, rather than the extra being billed.
Where are my recordings actually stored?
On your own S3 bucket or SFTP server, if you want it that way — we hold the metadata and the transcript, you hold the audio. That is why bringing your own storage costs a quarter of what managed storage does: you are paying for indexing and bandwidth, not for disk. If you would rather we kept them, we can.
How long do you keep call history?
Thirty days on the Trial, a year on Starter, two years on Growth and three on Business, with longer negotiated on Enterprise. That is the ceiling, not the setting: retention is a policy you choose per account, so you can keep less than the plan allows if that suits you, and it prunes what it promises to prune.
Is transcription included?
From the Growth plan upward, with an allowance of transcribed minutes each month and a published per-minute rate beyond it. The Trial includes 300 minutes once, so you can judge the accuracy on your own calls before you buy — it is a preview of a Growth feature, not part of Starter. Starter covers call records, recordings and reporting without transcription.
Is call analysis available yet?
Not yet. It is the next thing we are building, and the Business plan carries an allowance for it so the price does not move when it lands. Everything else described on this page works today.
What counts as a user?
A person who signs in. Extensions on your PBX are not users — you can sync a five-hundred-extension phone system and have three people looking at it, and you pay for the three.
Can I cancel?
Whenever you like. Every paid plan is billed monthly with no contract minimum, no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not billed again. The Trial takes no card, so there is nothing to cancel: after thirty days the account turns read-only until you pick a plan — you can still sign in, look at what it gathered and export it, and syncing stops.

Cancellation, usage charges and what happens to your data are set out in full in our refund and cancellation policy.
