Refund and cancellation policy

Callnsight is billed monthly with no contract minimum. This page sets out how to cancel, what that means for your bill, and what happens to your call data afterwards.

Last updated July 25, 2026

No contracts

Callnsight is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. There is no contract minimum, no notice period, and no cancellation fee.

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged another plan fee. Cancelling stops your next charge rather than triggering a refund of the current month.

Usage charges

Storage, transcription and analysis beyond a plan’s allowance are billed at the published rates for the usage that was actually delivered. Because that work has already been done, usage charges are not reversed when you cancel.

Usage is billed after the month it happened in, so if you go over an allowance in your final month, one last invoice for that usage follows after the month ends. Stay within your allowances and there is nothing further to pay. When you cancel we offer to switch your overage settings off, which stops anything more being added — it does not remove usage you have already run.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] and we will cancel the account; you will get written confirmation of the date your access ends.

Your data

When your account closes, your call data is taken out of service — syncing stops and it is no longer reachable through the application. Residual copies are kept for a period afterwards so that a mistaken cancellation can be undone.

Export your call records and recordings before you cancel if you need them — both are available as CSV and download while the account is active. If you need an export afterwards, email [email protected] and ask before the account closes rather than after.
